Eine Bild- und Klanginstallation für 12 Lautsprecher, Bilder und eine Performerin, die speziell für den Außenbereich des Strandbads Tegel See konzipiert wurde. Musik: Marcelo F. Seit dem Beginn von El Estallido Social (Der soziale Ausbruch) im Jahr 2019 wurden viele Bürger*innen in Chile ermordet, vergewaltigt und geblendet worden. "CIEGXS" ist eine verräumlichte Klanglandschaft, die die schockierenden Fotoreportagen begleitet, die Nicole Kramm während der Proteste gemacht und in der Serie "Victimas Trauma Ocular" gesammelt hat. Damit wollen wir die Blindheit, die Orientierungslosigkeit und den Identitätsverlust erzählen, die durch die Gewalt von Machtstrukturen in der Vergangenheit und heute verursacht werden.
Gefördert durch den Projektfonds Urbane Praxis, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Strandburgtheater und dem Strandbad Tegelsee. Im Rahmen des Monats der zeitgenössischen Musik.
Die Klanginstallation ist an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen geöffnet: 17. und 18. September 2021, jeweils von 12 bis 18 Uhr.

Since the beginning of El Estallido Social (The Social Outbreak) in 2019, many citizens have been murdered, raped and blinded in Chile. "Ciegos" is a spatialized soundscape that accompanies the shocking photo reportage made by Nicole Kramm during the protests and collected in the serie "Victimas Trauma Ocular". With it we want to narrate the blindness, the disorientation, and the loss of identity caused by the violence perpetrated by power structures, both in the past and today.

The installation will be open for two consecutive days: September 17 and 18 2021, from 12 to 6 p.m. each day.
